I ate a gluten-free Kebab piadina for the first time in my life! As a true celiac who can never eat a sandwich in company, it was beautiful and good.
there are many gluten-free offers.
I didn't understand if they are in the AIC circuit.
For those who eat gluten, the menu is very vast and I was also told it was delicious!

A really interesting sandwich concept. We stumbled upon this place by chance and we did not regret it. The excellent, well-coordinated, young, cheerful and hard-working staff is an added value to the excellent sandwiches that delighted us and for which I had to write a review right away. THE SANDWICH by definition. Sandwiches for all tastes, in the true sense of the word, without modern frills (in the most positive sense of the word).
The mission of eating a gluten-free spleen sandwich was achieved thanks to this place where we would return every evening spent in Palermo.

Yesterday I had lunch at this place with my celiac daughter. Excellent products and impeccable service. Very kind people and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it especially for the variety of gluten-free options. The piadina was very good.
