Unique point of reference for celiacs. You find everything. Today we had salmon farfalette and a delicious sandwich. It was GLUTEN FREE, but it didn't look gluten free. The sandwich is really delicious! The pasta that was with gluten was plentiful and delicious. A great place with small prices. What more can I say! Try it

Spectacular hospitality in this place which offers a wide choice of sandwiches and first courses, among which you can also find many typical dishes. But the most precious gem? Gluten free!!!!! I was very impressed with the tons of gluten free options it offers... 2 pages full of gluten free sandwich options! Also present on the menu is the possibility of getting a Kebab and 5/6 gluten free desserts. Super generous portions and low prices. Delicious and crunchy gluten-free bread. There is a small room for eating on site and the possibility of takeaway and takeaway. From now on a fixed stop here in Palermo, and it should be for all celiacs!

A surprise... honestly I would have expected something different from a sandwich shop... instead there was a great variety of other things such as first courses, flans, arancini... all delicious and served quickly with courtesy. Well done!

Large variety of dishes, indicative of mediocre quality. On the menu from kebab to carbonara, from cold cuts to second courses. Poorly fried panelle and croquettes, dripping with oil. Low prices. Fast but inattentive service. Unkept location and not the best environment. The places outside are impracticable because they are less than a meter away from one of the busiest streets in Palermo.

A place with typical and extremely expensive food!

We went specifically for gluten free food to a little girl from the Nebrodi valley… 150km away but super happy we did. Once we arrived on site we asked for a gluten-free spleen sandwich for my mother and the VERY KIND owner, despite telling us that they only make it in the evening, prepared the sandwich for my mother anyway. What can I say, it was wonderful and an understatement! Unique kindness and professionalism!!! Super clean, organized and very well stocked environment! Finally someone is also thinking of people who have problems with flour, therefore completely Celiac as they have a vast menu and are very very careful even when separating take-away bags. A wonderful experience that I can assure you is worth doing and I would do it again! EXCELLENT value for money. Our compliments also go to the Staff! Congratulations to everyone! We will be back and soon and not just 3 of us next time!!

The Panineria del Viale da Johnny is one of my favorite places in Palermo where you can enjoy excellent food at really affordable prices. Especially if you are looking for a convivial environment and super helpful staff. If you suffer from celiac disease, you will find a truly broad and inclusive menu that puts everyone at ease who wants to enjoy a good lunch or dinner in total safety. For this, a big thank you from me and I think from all those who are at the University of Palermo and beyond. You are our point of reference!
