Who bread! A masterpiece of flavors! Horse meat, with good egg, red onions, pecorino cheese and a pinch of tomato... a divine thing! One particular thing: if you eat slowly, as if it were the last pleasure of life.

28/12/2025: We had lunch here as part of an organized tour of Caltagirone. Despite the fact that there were over 100 of us, service was managed promptly. The staff were available to answer any questions and try to accommodate every request. The owner was a wonderful person, helpful, kind, and approachable. We truly had a great lunch! I recommend it and will definitely be back!
09/12/2025: Excellent, the food is good, very kind people, good service, Paolo is top with his skill and makes excellent first courses etc...., we will return..... I recommend both for the good food and for the price....
