Panificio Vincenzi Stefano In Ferrara

An old-school bakery with good-quality products. I didn't try any of the bread, but I did enjoy an excellent lemon cake (extremely fragrant) and the traditional Mandorlini. The pizzas and focaccias were simple and homemade. I particularly appreciate the courtesy and hospitality of the staff at the counter. A separate note on the prices: I find them a bit high (considering we're in a suburban, working-class area), but they're in line with most similar businesses in the city. This city certainly doesn't stand out for its purchasing power and economic wealth compared to other areas in Emilia, but there you have it. Sorry for the digression. That said, the bakery remains a solid choice for quality and courtesy.
