Living in Minervino di Lecce, far from your office, I've only had the opportunity to try the grain-filled friselle baked in a wood-fired oven. Excellent product!

21/09/2025: All the passion, product research, and experimentation perfectly reflect the love and dedication to the restaurant and business of the owner Roberto and his wife, the attention to detail and the continuous and innovative improvement of a truly "paradisiacal" establishment. Innovation and tradition blend perfectly in a familiar, comfortable, and professional environment (all the young staff are extremely talented, polite, and well-prepared). The care and passion in treating Roberto's farm's typical, home-grown products create a fusion of innovation and tradition, without ever abandoning the passion for the ancient and exceptional, authentic Salento cuisine, a cuisine with aromas, colors, and textures that tantalize all the senses. The exceptional structure and the wonderful location are two elements that guarantee the relaxation that this magnificent agriturismo guarantees. Highly recommended!
04/09/2025: I've been coming here for years. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are super spacious, and the property is beautiful with an elegant pool. Surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from the sea. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. A car is needed to get around.

07/05/2025: The Magician of Focaccia in Copertino was a truly pleasant discovery! The restaurant is located almost at the end of the city, next to the sports center, and is welcoming and well-kept, with a space that is not too large but well organized. Furthermore, for those who want to stop and eat on the spot, there are some comfortable sofas that make the environment even more pleasant. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in front of a display case that is a true spectacle for the eyes and the appetite: chock-full of freshly baked goodness, hot, fragrant and freshly prepared. Every product we tried was delicious, made with care and with ingredients that immediately felt fresh and of high quality. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful, ready to advise and serve with attention. Another strong point? The prices! Absolutely excellent and accessible, which makes the quality-price ratio truly unbeatable. I definitely recommend a visit: whether you want a spectacular focaccia, a tasty snack or simply something good and genuine, you will be safe here.
