Panificio Tagliente In Alberobello

An exceptional focaccia! During our visit to Alberobello, we discovered the Tagliente Bakery—a true local gem. We tried their grain focaccia, and it was simply delicious: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, with an authentic taste and generous flavors. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the place exudes artisanal tradition. A must-see for lovers of good bakery!
