Panificio Tagliente In Alberobello

So glad we walked away from the busy tourist section and found this bakery. Definitely local pick up spot for focaccia and sweet chocolate sweets. We had some kind of ham & vegetable “pie” that was amazing. Entire tab for four people was eight euro.

An exceptional focaccia! During our visit to Alberobello, we discovered the Tagliente Bakery—a true local gem. We tried their grain focaccia, and it was simply delicious: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, with an authentic taste and generous flavors. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the place exudes artisanal tradition. A must-see for lovers of good bakery!

Amazing focaccia. The one with multimedia mixture, if possible, is even better. The various sweet pastries are also delicious

The food is very delicious, really. The best ricotta cake I ever ate in my life. As for the focaccias, the cereali one stands out. Unmatched kindness. Whenever I have the opportunity, I come.
