The rustic, cozy farmhouse parlor invites you to linger while you indulge in delicious delicacies. For starters, we had a wonderful barley soup – hearty, aromatic, and cooked with love 👩🏻‍🍳 For the main course, my husband had a hearty meat platter with soured beef, house sausage, roasted ribs, sauerkraut, and potato leaves 🥩 I enjoyed Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp noodles), spinach dumplings, and cheese gnocchi with butter and Parmesan 👌🏻 Both are a dream for all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine!
