In short, it was simply fantastic. And that would be an understatement. The brioche was the best I've eaten in Sicily. The little rolls with olives were simply fantastic. The granita, which we had to be persuaded to try, was simply delicious. But the best part was the lady who worked there: she didn't speak English, but we understood each other. She was so friendly, smiled the whole time, and even opened the room with chairs and tables for us, even though it was actually still closed. Thank you so much, it was great!
