Excellent bakery. You can find various types of bread, including homemade bread, pitta bread, and 5-grain bread, taralli, frese, and pastries. They make regular, whole-wheat, and semi-whole-wheat products. During the holidays, the selection expands to include traditional sweets like panettone and colomba. At lunchtime, it's a meeting place for local workers, where they can find sandwiches, a small deli, and cold drinks. On weekends, we often order the Pinsa in teglia, which is excellent. Of course, they also make a good pan pizza. You can choose from a good number of flavors. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is that of a normal bakery. Don't expect a bakery with an Instagrammable window display; think of it as a factory outlet, since the bakery also works for external customers, so its products rotate quickly, and sometimes what you're looking for isn't on display. I highly recommend it because the products are truly excellent. You can also order deli and baked goods for takeout events.
