Panificio Raso In Levanto

We went for focaccia for lunch, and were so impressed that we returned every morning of our vacation. Starting with the ingredients, the focaccia is very good, but the focaccia with pesto and their rice cake are truly extraordinary!! Absolutely worth trying! Finally, the service was incredibly kind, and Mrs. Monica always served us with a smile and kindness, something we were sad to say goodbye to on our last day. Monica adds value to the place with unique Levanto products.

Bakery located in the center of Levanto, inside the pedestrian area. I went there three mornings in a row for lunch and breakfast. For breakfast, the leavened products were excellent, despite being a bakery. For lunch, I tried several items; the rice cake, focaccia with pesto, and focaccia di Recco were highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were truly fair. It remains one of my favorite places to eat in the Cinque Terre and surrounding areas.

The focaccia, oh my, just wonderful! Bought tomato/olive piece and ricotta. Both really good. Also have some cold beers/soft drinks and packages of prosciutto and salami. Didn't buy/try any of other baked goods but they looked great.

Of all the focaccia I've tasted in Levanto, the best is Raso's. Plenty of choice. I'm only taking off one star because the service is a bit lacking.

Great service and beautiful store. However, we didn't like the bread. We ordered half a loaf of grain bread. The crust was dry, tasteless, and not crunchy, the crumb was very airy, like sandwich bread, and quite sweet. In any case, it's the best we've found in Italy so far.

Super delicious dolci! The cantuccini with lemon cream are a dream. As for pizza and focaccia, we've had better ones at other restaurants in town. But these are still delicious!

Great bakery. Delicious focaccia and croissant. Always very friendly service.

Good baked goods. Probably the best you're going to find in the Cinque Terre area. Doesn't compare to big cities level of quality but they are preparing quality goods
