Incredible baked goods. Another dimension of baking. Something out of this world. Absolute perfectionism!!!

I really like Bagheria sfincione and in this bakery they make it really good. It is located right in the center a few meters from the mother church. You can choose between the two variations of sfincione with tuma or ricotta and if you want it with both toppings just book it in advance. The price is really high for a food defined as poor, but that's another story...

They recommended this bakery to us to get the Sfincione di Bagheria, we ate it today with our friends and it is truly excellent, the staff very kind.

If I were a prisoner and had to choose my sentence, I would ask to be condemned to drink water and eat bread from this bakery. It would be no hardship at all! Forgive the poetic sentiment, but this is the effect of the delicious bread baked in a wood-fired oven. We also tried their sfincioni, and they were unforgettable as well. Hats off to your arte—please don’t let it disappear, as has happened in other places!

Mentre mi ritiravo di Palermo volevamo stuzzicare qualcosa,strada facendo ho deciso di fare una sosta a Bagheria, uscendo dall'autostrada mi trovo a due passi dallo svincolo questa panetteria e che dire c'era il ben di Dio tutta roba buona 😋 e buon prezzo personale simpaticissimo, in particolare la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata bravissima complimenti ( consigliatissimo)
