A small, historic bakery known for the quality of its rustic products. The Bagheria white sfincione has few rivals in town. Just looking at it will whet your appetite, and once you've tasted it, you won't be able to stop. TIP FOR THE MANAGER: Install a small cold drinks dispenser. For me, it's a must-try 😋😋😋

The most delightful experience in the world! It's a truly incredible bakery; you have to try it to believe it. The baker is incredibly talented, a young expert who turns out wonderful sfincioni, the works of art you see in the photos. If you want to experience sublime flavor, skip the trendy pizzerias and places; come here, a unique place, faithful to various traditions and generations. The bread is also delicious; everything is truly excellent. The sfincioni are baked freshly. I can't begin to describe how authentic and amazing they are; you really have to try them to understand. Only here, I recommend it!

I had the sfincione this morning and devoured it... what can I say other than simply EXCEPTIONAL. The bakery offers authentic, genuine flavors... friendly staff... the only flaw... negligible... difficult to reach by car.

The real and best and historic Panificio Ragusa in Bagheria! Here you can find the real Bagheria sfincione (very good!), bread made with knowledge and heart by hand in a wood oven, without additives and fantastic in flavor (which also remains very good for days). Even if it is a little more hidden and absolutely recommended to go and find it. There is nothing better in Bagheria and around.

Bread as God commands, delicious both from Bagheria and from abroad 👽 excellent if not excellent. Small bakery nestled in the alleys of the historic center of Bagheria a few steps from the town hall. Not to be missed. Eat and don't think about anything else.

We celiacs know how difficult it is to find a gluten-free pizza that's even slightly edible...well, Pacinotti's gluten-free pizza is as good as, if not better than, "regular" pizzas. The dough is both soft and crispy, and they also come in so many flavors, you'll easily find one you like. Highly recommended!
26/10/2025: Today we decided to have lunch here late. We were served excellently. The service was friendly and professional (the waiter, Jordan, was a prime example). The lunch was perfect, using fresh, quality ingredients. A very welcoming place, highly recommended.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.
