Amazing food experience. We had two sfincioni bagheresi (with tuma cheese and with ricotta cheese) and both of them were amazing. Unbelievable taste definitely it does worth to stop by

Their sfincione bianco is definitely among the best in the area, fragrant, flavorful, and packed with ingredients. But their bread and muffolettes in particular are also top-notch!

Congratulations to Panificio Ragusa! 🥇🏆 This is the second time I've eaten the delicious sfincione! 💯 However, I'd like to give the owner a piece of advice—this isn't a criticism at all, perhaps it's a matter of personal taste—that reducing the olive oil content by about 1/4 to make it slightly drier would make it exceptional, in my humble opinion!? 🔝 Best wishes to Panificio Ragusa, the Excellence of Bagheria and Sicily! ❤️💛 😃👏👍💪💚🤍❤️🇮🇹

A small, historic bakery known for the quality of its rustic products. The Bagheria white sfincione has few rivals in town. Just looking at it will whet your appetite, and once you've tasted it, you won't be able to stop. TIP FOR THE MANAGER: Install a small cold drinks dispenser. For me, it's a must-try 😋😋😋

12/03/2026: The pizza is nothing special, nor is the place, but the service is adequate. We stumbled upon it by accident, and I don't think we'll be back.
11/03/2026: You know that feeling when you walk into a place with chairs after climbing a mountain and all you want is to rest a bit? Well, that's what happened to me when I opened the menu and it took me more than 10 minutes to choose from the many delicacies described. The appetizers? Forget the classic ones you find everywhere. The pizzas? In addition to the classic ones that are a must-have, there are the special ones, which obviously, if they have that name, must have a reason. Right? Plus, for a small surcharge, you can really put the icing on the cake... er... burrata on your pizza. All quality ingredients. The service is excellent.
