The best bread we had in Sicily and the service was fantastic we tried to go there as much as possible and anytime we had dinner plans we got the bread there

The sfincione with tuma is very good. The one with ricotta is a little less so, but both are full of seasoning.

Good, you just have to be careful when buying the sfincioni to check the underneath which is often burnt and the sales assistant who is annoyed by wasting time checking. Another small flaw, when there is confusion, it happens that under the sauce the pasta is raw. Maybe because the oven is too hot and they don't have time to cook well.

Small ancient bakery in Bagheria in a side street of the famous Corso Umberto, with lots of typical white Bagheria sfincione in the two variants (with ricotta and with tuma) and in various "sizes". Good value for money but I didn't find it that great.
