Today I took part in a course on coccoi bread at the Porta bakery in Gonnosfanadiga, it was a unique experience, the baker was a great story teller who took us back in time with the stories about the birth of the bakery and sourdough. He also had great patience in teaching us the decoration of su coccoi. And lastly an aperitif was offered with some of their products including pizza panade arancini. Overall, an extraordinary experience. I congratulate the entire organization.

I participated in the "Coccoi experience" with Maestro Angelo Porta. It was a unique and engaging experience. His passion and expertise made the event educational and fun. The Master shared not only techniques, but also his love for bread, involving all the participants. The organization was impeccable, allowing everyone to get their hands dirty😂 I highly recommend participating in the upcoming events, which enrich the culinary knowledge of our tradition. An experience not to be missed!

02/11/2024: Ho deciso di andare a Su Sensu su consiglio di un amico e devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. La location è favolosa e la pizza era davvero ottima, è il personale molto gentile e professionale. Se capitate in marmilla tra Baressa e Ussaramanna farci tapa è d'obbligo. Consiglio a tutti💯💯

29/05/2025: We go from time to time with the family, the place is welcoming and bright, the owners are kind and professional, what can I say about the food: lots of appetizers and delicious, all produced by them, the first courses vary between ravioli and malloreddus alla campidanese (exceptional), the second courses excellent, unmissable suckling pig! I highly recommend it.
02/05/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo agriturismo che si trova a soli 10 minuti da “sa spendula” Ci hanno servito svariati antipasti tutti ottimi, due primi piatti e ben 3 secondi e come dolce seadas Il personale molto accogliente e molto attento che non mancasse nulla e che tutte le portate fossero arrivate. Lo consiglio!!
