Although located on a small one-way side street off Viale Salandra (heading toward the nearby University Hospital) and with limited parking, the shop is spacious and welcoming, with the counter facing the entrance. The female staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The baked goods are above-average quality; the focaccia barese with whole olives is particularly good, along with other classic specialties, such as rustici, croquettes, panzerottini, small dry pastries, and more. Ultimately, this excellent bakery is within walking distance and, in my opinion, one of the few best in the area. Definitely worth a try. Recommended.

Today, since we were in Bari, we wanted to bring home the traditional Barese focaccia, much talked about for its deliciousness. We found this bakery, which was very well stocked, and we wanted to try everything. But I can say that your focaccia is truly, truly delicious. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Amazing bakery! I had panzerotti, focaccia and arancini. Not only the food tasted good but also the service and the price was great. Compared to all the famous long-waiting bakeries in the old town, I like this place much better!
