Authentic, healthy bread, artisanally produced on site, at every stage. Fortunately, there's no trendy "restyling" that distorts the business. You're right; continue to offer true quality, not lies cloaked in references to the pseudo-ancient! It's paradoxical that in bread—the most ancient and basic food—we seek novelty. Perolari Bakery hasn't fallen into this market trap, so it should be rewarded by a knowledgeable public that thinks for itself!

Panificio Perolari produces "real" bread, not "artificial" bread, as offered by large-scale retail outlets, which have developed a marketing solution. Listen to what ESSELUNGA said: "Hold on, everyone! Before we start studying bread, we need to figure out what we need to do and what we want to be. I come from the textile industry, and if I said 'I want to make shirts,' I meant the way Caprotti used to do it..." Well, bread isn't something you study; it's made according to tradition, ancient yet ever new, because it's "real" and wholesome. It's "real" bread, also because it's not trendy or niche, as it guarantees authenticity and not "fake"! Panificio Perolari, today, is an absolute rarity not to be missed!

29/08/2025: A neighborhood bakery where customer contact (called by name, whose tastes and habits are known) is more important than fashion or appearance. Artisanal products, without frills (in the best sense of the word), far removed from current trends. Their focaccia took me back in time, to the flavors of my childhood when I ate it before going to school. The same goes for the round pizza. A place worth preserving and frequenting.
