Beautiful little bakery and cafe. Excellent crostata titolese and tuna toast. A very pleasant stop on our journey from Ljubljana to Piran. A very pleasant taste experience. Czech bakeries have a lot to learn from the Italians.

Amazing cornetto - perfectly buttery dough and lovely crisp apricot filling. Pizza slice was nice too, staff was very helpful.

Fresh and different pastries. I had the marmalade croissant and I think I’ll not forget it. Don’t miss the opportunity if you are close by, you see many locals there. I returned there all days while staying in Trieste.

I've been going to this bakery for years and it's the best in the area. As far as square pizzas are concerned, for me it is the best in Trieste in terms of quality and price. Wide choice of excellent products and raw materials. There are also options for vegetarians. Thanks and keep going!

I have been coming to this bakery for years, in my opinion the best in Trieste. It is among the few, or perhaps the only one, to have 100% rye bread, my favorite. It also makes excellent desserts, in particular strudel, putizza and presnitz, as well as panettone and colomba when it's time and then pizzas, focaccias, sandwiches and sandwiches, all delicious. They also sell high quality flours, butter and milk.

Panificio in zona stazione centrale, dal gusto antico.Proprietari gentilissimi e prodotti eccellenti. C’è, accanto al locale del panificio, una stanzetta dove fare tranquillamente colazione.

Best bakery/bar ever, especially for those looking for organic products, with ancient and whole grains (at low cost). Delicious bread and desserts, even days after purchasing them, of excellent quality, perfect for those who usually can't digest carbohydrates, but excellent for anyone. Congratulations to Luca and his team!

Customers of the "La rosa dei venti" restaurant for many years, my family and I wanted to return for a birthday to this place under the new management, and we were happy to find the same quality and passion that we have always found before. "Few" but well-structured dishes, beautiful presentations, excellent quality, generous portions, a pinch of innovation and a lot of friendliness from the dining room staff. The environment has also been renovated, with a fresher and younger touch. We will gladly return other times!

18/05/2025: The service is friendly and they are problem solvers. We went 2 times in 4 days and all the options were delicious. Today we had the nduja pizza, the calzone with mushrooms, ham and lots of cheese, and the Mediterranean salad ( buffalo cheese, anchovies, and egg with lots of veggies varieties) and please have a half liter house white wine and olives…. 67€ Must be said that the service is great
