Panificio Pasticceria Novak In Trieste

I popped in by chance, thinking of a quick snack. I saw toast, which I didn't know this bakery served. I have a sweet tooth for toast, and I like it well done—a seemingly simple thing, but now it's almost a given that I end up eating burnt toast with cold filling. Finally, a place where the well-done toast is truly well done, just the right size, and truly tasty, even down to the filling. It doesn't happen often. A must-try. I also recommend it for the variety of bread available.

Fantastic and genuine breakfast. Excellent and fragrant croissants and cakes. Choice of organic drinks and yogurt from the fridge at honest prices. Combo menu at advantageous prices. Super sandwiches and fresh salads. I recommend the ricotta and apple strudel!

I took some very good sweets. I highly recommend them if you are in the area. Excellent research and processing of the raw material.

Beautiful little bakery and cafe. Excellent crostata titolese and tuna toast. A very pleasant stop on our journey from Ljubljana to Piran. A very pleasant taste experience. Czech bakeries have a lot to learn from the Italians.

Amazing cornetto - perfectly buttery dough and lovely crisp apricot filling. Pizza slice was nice too, staff was very helpful.
