Super authentic place, entering you immediately feel the atmosphere of a real bakery and you are welcomed by the friendliness of the lady at the counter. I had breakfast with a typical pan di ramerino and I took away the pan del pescatore and some cantuccio, all excellent.

We spent two days in Florence, and among the many beautiful things we saw in the city, we were fortunate to visit Forno Palatresi. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, and the pizza, focaccia, and bubble are delicious. When you use quality ingredients, the result is excellent. When we return to Florence, we'll definitely come again.
