Last week, we took our grandchildren to Mr. Oberprantacher's bakery for a "Schüttelbrot and Vinschgerlen - South Tyrolean Bread Baking Course." It was a fantastic experience for everyone. He explained everything so well, we could all try it ourselves, and at the end, we got to take the delicious bread home. Simply wonderful! Thank you again!

The Schüttelbrot and Vinschgerlen baking course we booked through the South Tyrol Guide app was very entertaining, interesting, and offered plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with the dough. There was something for both novice and experienced bakers. The resulting products were delicious! Many thanks to the friendly and humorous master baker!

Hello, my sister and I attended a baking course for Vinschgerl and Schüttelbrot about a week ago. Mr. Oberprantacher not only wonderfully and enthusiastically introduced us to the valuable foodstuff "bread," but also gave us a very enjoyable afternoon of our vacation with his detailed knowledge, wealth of information, passion, and joy. Happy and with our own freshly baked bread, we ended our vacation the next day. The bread tastes fantastic, and we even received the recipes. We'll be back!

A very enjoyable and fun bread-making class. Mr. Klaus Oberprantacher is a professional who knows how to convey his love and passion for his art and for the rural traditions of his country.

I participated in the "Schüttelbrot & Vinschgerlen" course, and what can I say? It was a super interesting course with excellent value for money. The baker is deeply connected to his region and the art of baking. He shared a wealth of interesting information about baking and answered every question. Of course, all participants were encouraged to get involved – it was great fun! I can wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone interested in baking. And best of all, the homemade Schüttelbrot and Vinschgerlen were absolutely delicious and could be taken home. Many thanks to Panificio Oberprantacher!

Ines here again today, without Frank. I participated in a baking course for traditional Schüttelbrot (a type of flatbread) and Vinschgauer Paaren (a type of bread). It was a delightful afternoon that not only taught interesting facts about the history of bread but also provided practical skills.
I learned a lot, had fun, and even took home some delicious bread – what a wonderful holiday experience! Highly recommended (bookable at the tourist information office or online). Thanks to the bakery!

We attended a baking course at the bakery. The baker personally and professionally introduced us to the art of making Schüttelbrot (a type of flatbread) in an engaging and entertaining two-hour session.
We learned many historical and scientific facts, and had the opportunity to ask questions about bread baking and sourdough.
We were already familiar with the bakery from previous visits to Seis, and this was our first time seeing the bakery itself.
It was a truly memorable experience of baking artistry, quality, and tradition.
Highly recommended for both semi-professional hobby bakers and interested beginners.
Many thanks for this unforgettable afternoon.

We took a baking class at the Oberprantacher bakery on Vinschgerl and Schüttelbrot. Not only were we taught a recipe, but we also learned a lot about the history/tradition/origin of bakery products, grains, food preservation, etc., in a very entertaining way.
The apple strudel from the bakery was also very good. Thank you very much.
