12/01/2025: The Jamboree was a reference bar lounge, and although it has lost some of its charm in recent times, there are elements that still make it a place worth visiting.
Staff:
The real gem of the Jamboree is the staff. Always splendid, helpful and friendly, he manages to create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you enter, they make you feel at home, welcomed with a smile that immediately puts you at ease. It is rare to find such warm and professional service.
Coffee and sweets:
Another strong point is the coffee, which is always excellent. This time, we returned with some friends after dinner to relax and chat in peace. We ordered some juices, a cedrata, an espresso and two desserts: the cassata, which was very good, and a chocolate soufflé which, however, did not completely convince us, falling short of expectations.
Savory aperitifs:
In the past we had had somewhat negative experiences with savory aperitifs, which is why we hadn't been back for a while. This recent visit did not concern the aperitif, but I hope that the place has improved the quality of this aspect.
Prices and location:
Another point in favor of the Jamboree is the quality-price ratio, which remains very honest. The centrality of the place and the ease of finding parking nearby make it a tactical place for a meeting with friends or a relaxing break.
Conclusion:
Despite some recent minor disappointments with the chocolate soufflé and savory aperitifs of some time ago, the Jamboree is worth recommending. The staff and welcoming atmosphere are a guarantee, and the location makes it a convenient choice for spending a pleasant time. I hope that those less positive experiences were just oversights, because the dedication of the owner and staff can be perceived. I would happily return to see the venue to its full potential.
