14/01/2025: Nice place, wine shop model with tables, even in an anonymous street. Many bottles on display and indeed excellent wine. Nice "concept" with fixed menus at the discretion of the kitchen. Definitely questionable dishes, both in terms of combinations (for example, putting a peated whiskey jelly on mushrooms makes the dish earthy and unpleasant) and as an idea and in terms of execution (risotto before cooking). At present, a cuisine that presents itself as refined, without great capacity to be so. Good raw materials anyway, a little wasted. Prices, very, high like everywhere else now.

12/01/2025: Among my favorite restaurants in Rome. Magnificent food and amazing desserts. Superb tastings and a view of the kitchen that convey tranquility and professionalism, as does the management of the room.
