Panificio Miccolis In Fasano

This bakery has become a tradition for me, even though I'm not from the area. It's a bakery with so many top-quality products. The taralli are spectacular, the ones with whole grains and whole wheat are a must-try. And then there's the intorchiate, which are fabulous and highly recommended. The panzerotti, focaccia from Bari, and so much more are truly amazing. The owner, his son, is super kind and easy-going. I highly recommend it.
