Panificio Marcato In Venezia

08/07/2025: Historic Venetian osteria, traditional cicchetti (small snacks) and ombre (small glasses of wine) served in a traditional setting. Wonderful!

06/07/2025: The Cantina do Mori is the oldest bacaro in Venice and therefore deserved a visit. The experience was good, we had a good time even if there were some flaws. Speaking of positive elements: the wine they produce is really good, fruity and nice and fresh to face the hot day in Venice. We didn't like the cicchetti very much overall: if on the one hand the cod with white polenta was incredible, on the other hand the ones with lard were not good at all due to the not very tasty filling and the very hard bread. The sarda in saor was decent. The price was quite cheap despite the name that the cellar bears and the location near Rialto. The staff were kind and courteous.
