Amazing panificio with delicious focacce and pizzettine, the pastries like crostata or wine taralli are so delicious too! The only downside is that the lady at the front was pretty rude both days I went.

03/08/2025: A place that's become a bit like a friend's house, where we stop when we're in Salento... simple but authentic local dishes - the fava bean puree with chicory is a must! Last but not least, the service is truly welcoming and the atmosphere is so cheerful!
20/07/2025: Characteristic local location, with tables facing the alley and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent pizza!! Fast service and friendly staff.

The menu featured a variety of innovative dishes, with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made our meal memorable, with Gigi providing excellent recommendations, ensuring our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Acmet Pascià enough for a fantastic dining experience."
