Panificio Lega In Nardò

A traditional, non-wood-fired oven, it offers takeout food, from bread and muffins to focaccia, pot pies, all kinds of friselle, and much more. The only thing that could be improved is the stuffed pulce, which are often too thin, like the whole-grain bread it contains, which, in my opinion, has a low percentage of grains compared to the wheat used.

I recommend it for the texture of their bread, which is particularly soft compared to other bakeries. It's even better when eaten warm.

One of the best rotisserie bakeries in Salento.

The bakery is always open, very good, and also offers some deli items. Try the Pucci and focaccia barese.

There is also another store, located in Santa Maria al Bagno. Wide selection of sweet and savory products.

Top-notch bakery, varied selection, finally fair prices, high-quality products. In the north, these ovens are rare.

Excellent and delicious products. The cipollata is truly special. Good price.

Amazing panificio with delicious focacce and pizzettine, the pastries like crostata or wine taralli are so delicious too! The only downside is that the lady at the front was pretty rude both days I went.
