Panificio La Spiga d'oro In Pisa

Cute little shop on your way to the Torre from the train station, selling fresh bread, focaccia, pizzette and a good selection of sweets. I liked the canestrini and the chocolate salami. The owner is a warm & friendly man.

As a now almost regular customer, I can only feel very satisfied. The owner is very friendly and always available. In particular, I would recommend the simple Schiacciata and the round pizzas (the dough didn't seem too heavy), while on the dessert front I tasted some biscuits and sweet pieces that I liked. Especially recommended for takeaway, given the little space inside the oven.

We were passing through and bought a margherita pizza and a tuna roll. Everything was delicious, and the treatment from the owner was very good, a very kind and friendly man. It's close to the Tower of Pisa so you can pick up something and take it there. If we return, we will repeat without a doubt!
