We were there with our motorhome. Thanks to the municipality for the parking. The Happacher bakery was a discovery for us, and we were particularly pleased with it. Friendly service, fair prices, and excellent pastries and bread.

Restaurant Hoamat & Hotel Des Alpes

26/01/2026: I visited Hoamat last Friday and tried their "all you can eat Knödel" event – where you get to try a variety of savory and sweet knödel. It was a wonderful experience for anyone who loves trying new things. The food was truly excellent, and the service was impeccable, with very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant is beautifully designed with attention to every detail, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! P.S. Another bonus for me as an Italian: the coffee. Since living outside Italy, it's always difficult to find good coffee, and this one pleasantly surprised me.
24/01/2026: Yesterday we went to the annual dumpling festival at Hoamat. The homemade dumplings were incredibly delicious. The classic dumplings, like bacon dumplings, crackling dumplings, and spinach dumplings, were especially fantastic. The sweet dumplings were also superb, particularly the homemade nougat dumplings. The young, efficient waitresses were also top-notch. Congratulations to Hoamat! With staff like this, other restaurateurs in the area can only be envious. We'll be back very soon.
