The quality of the products is excellent. All very good: the bread, the rotisserie, the biscuits, the desserts, the pizzas, the first courses, the second courses, the side dishes. A lot of kindness, a lot of courtesy and a lot of customers. Always very busy. You can eat everything and it's all really good. Try it!! You will return

They recommended this bakery to me, coming from the North I didn't know anything about the area. I found the quality to be truly excellent, everything I bought was absolutely delicious, from sweet to savory Really delicious!

Once upon a time in Caltanissetta you could find excellent bread everywhere. Not anymore today. The calzones with spinach were good.

Bakery and other bakery products, take-away delicatessen. Good products with friendly staff, with the exception of the cashier, who is often distracted by her smartphone, unfortunately.

02/04/2025: I have been a customer for 10 years, I can say with great joy that I have seen them "grow" step by step... family-run restaurant, excellent quality of raw materials and professionalism in the kitchen. The cellar is SUPPLIED just look at the photos, in my opinion the best restaurant in Caltanissetta. I congratulate the chef and his wife, an excellent sommelier and hostess, I recommend everyone to go and taste Alessandro Papa's cuisine, see you next time. Greetings, Davide Ferraro
12/03/2025: La location si distingue per eleganza, raffinatezza e ricerca della qualità mettendo il cliente nella condizione di sentirsi a casa. L'accoglienza non è da meno, così come il servizio cordiale e attento. Menù stimolante e piatti prelibati. Nell'occasione abbiamo optato per una pizza, non la solita pizza. Biscottata e digeribilissima. Quanto detto porta con se, inevitabilmente, qualche euro di più rispetto alla media, ma sono assolutamente giustificati.
