07/08/2025: I can only find one drawback to a 5-star restaurant: the space is too small for its success, and that translates into long lines. The food we tried was spectacular (lasagna and rigatoni cacio e pepe). The pasta was al dente, and the cheese sauce was spectacular. The lasagna melted in your mouth. Its success lies in offering that quality at that price.

06/08/2025: A good place in Trastevere for value. The main drawback is that you have to wait in line outside to be seated. We arrived at 1 p.m. and waited over half an hour. Once seated, they didn't take long to serve. We ordered: pasta carbonara, cacio e pepe pasta, truffle ravioli, lasagna, and beef. Everything was delicious and the portions are generous. They also provide bowls of Parmesan cheese so you can add whatever you want. For dessert, we tried one for the five of us, because we were so stuffed. It was okay, average.
