Yesterday afternoon, on the recommendation of a chef friend, I stopped by this small artisan bakery and pastry shop. Upon entering, the atmosphere was very welcoming, with the delicious aroma of bread and pastries wafting through the air. The two sales assistants who assisted me were very professional and kind. They introduced me to the different Easter products, and I purchased a Classic Colombia, a Pistachio Colomba, and a Venetian Apricot Focaccia (the shop's signature dessert).
Today, at the end of lunch, I offered my guests the Venetian Focaccia, and it was a huge hit... right from the moment they opened the package... a sweet aroma of sugar and apricot wafted through the room, but the deliciousness doesn't end there; everyone loved the dough and the flavor!
Congratulations! I hope to impress tomorrow with the two Colomba.

The small artisan businesses hidden among the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene are priceless treasures. It will take a bit of time and curiosity, but I hope to discover them all!
