02/08/2026: Wow fantastic from the wine to the entrées to the service all fantastic, this is a second review We've dined at Antica Osteria Toscana - Novoli several times, and it continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Florence. This visit was excellent from start to finish. Ada was our server once again, and she was as friendly, professional, and attentive as ever. It's always a pleasure to be welcomed by someone who genuinely cares about her guests. The panzanella salad was fresh and delicious, the spaghetti alla carrettiera was absolutely outstanding, and the peposo was rich, tender, and full of authentic Tuscan flavor. We were also sorry to hear that our other favorite server, Adriano, is leaving for Rome to continue his studies. He has always provided wonderful service, and we wish him the very best of luck in this exciting new chapter. If you're looking for authentic Tuscan food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Antica Osteria Toscana - Novoli is well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: The atmosphere has remained the same, because even if the location has changed, the soul and the same musical evenings remain. The atmosphere is maintained, because there is another place, but the same soul and music.
11/04/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars so as not to affect the average review. The truth is, however, that we didn't go because once we arrived, we discovered that the place was closed and under seizure, and that the business had moved to another location. However, both Google and Facebook reported the wrong address! Considering that many people get their information primarily through this medium, I think it's appropriate to change the address or at least report that the place is closed, at least on Google.
