Panificio da Maurizio In Tagliacozzo

A Tagliacozzo tradition is to eat pizza at Maurizio's.

It's strange to find traditional Roman pizza in Tagliacozzo but that's how it is. The first time we stopped by chance just before closing and it seemed like a "normal" place. We returned a few days later and the line filled the sidewalk! I don't like queuing (under the sun) but it was worth it and that's all I have to say. Only white, red and potato pizza. Few things but done well.
