The pizza rossa was excellent, the schiacciata filled with caciotta cheese, egg, and cooked ham was superb. But the carbonara croquette was magnificent, the boiled meat croquette was delicious, and the potato croquette was delicious. I loved everything. Truly amazing!! I saw Gabriele Bonci in person...great.

We tasted the savoury products: red pizza and fried foods (boiled meat and carbonara) were excellent, as was the stuffed schiacciata, which was soft and crunchy.

I expected a fairly crispy and delicious dough. Instead, it was like all the other doughs you find in all the delis. Good pizza, excellent quality, nothing to complain about, but I expected a little more for the type of dough. The pizzas are very expensive for my taste.

Phenomenal bread and pizza. High-quality ingredients and workmanship. Definitely one of the best bakeries in Rome. A well-maintained establishment that lives up to the expectation of walking into and being served in a bakery, without trying to be fancy by passing itself off as something else.

Very good pizza, but very high prices. The pizza is heavily topped and sold by weight, but I still don't think the price is justified. The ingredients are high-quality, but a pizza with mozzarella, prosciutto, and onions selling for €45 per kilo is truly exaggerated. We paid €68 for five slices of pizza. Plus, they only have two tables outside, so you don't even pay for service; we ate on the sidewalk. Good pizza, but I wouldn't return.

Impasto ottimo, come da aspettative. Buoni i fritti. Eccezionali le fatture dei suppli con la carbonara e la coda alla vaccinara. Vale la pena di fare la lunga fila per provare.

Sia nelle foto sia nelle recensioni ho trovato un po' di disordine e di confusione perché si descrivono due attività sotto il forno Bonci: Allora il forno è un'attività, e pizzarium un'altra.
Il forno ha caratteristiche tipiche del nome e non ha pizze Gourmet, ma ha pizze tradizionali tipiche del forno, i biscotti, il pane ed altro. Il FORNO Indubbiamente è fantastico con prezzi tipici del settore ed a portata di ogni tasca.
La pizza del forno è fantastica, personale disponibilissimo nonostante la gran mole di lavoro.
