We waited years to try Bonci’s pizza and it did not disappoint whatsoever. Simply amazing!
From the outside, it looks like an ordinary bakery, but as soon as you enter, your perspective changes. It must be said that there's no bread these days... there are pizzas galore... the colors on the counter alone are astonishing... The taste is just as impressive, and the prices aren't cheap, but the product justifies them. With every bite, you savor all the ingredients... highly recommended.

Nothing to say about the product: the pizzas are truly excellent. Besides the dough, I was also impressed by the quality of the tomatoes, incredible! What really disappointed us was the service, if I may say so. When we opened the box at our apartment, we found half of our order was missing. So, we paid for an order for eight pieces of pizza, but we only had half. So, perhaps the staff should be more attentive, because honestly, I've never had to think of opening the box right there, before leaving, to check that everything was there, and I've never had an experience like this. It's a real shame.

A bakery like many others. It's what you expect when you walk in. And yet, what you find is the birthplace of "Bonci dough" pizza! 👍
So much quality and marketing that has something to teach many.
And if you find "that" Gabriele in the shop, he'll definitely be available to stop and chat with you.
Whether you're a pizza aficionado, a curious person, an enthusiast, or a budding pizza chef, a visit here is highly recommended! 😉👍

Unrivaled.
Coming from far away, I had very high expectations, which were far exceeded.
The Lingua Rossa, pan pizza with potatoes, and schiacciata with mortadella—all amazing, it deserves all the fame it gets.

Impasto ottimo, come da aspettative. Buoni i fritti. Eccezionali le fatture dei suppli con la carbonara e la coda alla vaccinara. Vale la pena di fare la lunga fila per provare.

Sia nelle foto sia nelle recensioni ho trovato un po' di disordine e di confusione perché si descrivono due attività sotto il forno Bonci: Allora il forno è un'attività, e pizzarium un'altra.
Il forno ha caratteristiche tipiche del nome e non ha pizze Gourmet, ma ha pizze tradizionali tipiche del forno, i biscotti, il pane ed altro. Il FORNO Indubbiamente è fantastico con prezzi tipici del settore ed a portata di ogni tasca.
La pizza del forno è fantastica, personale disponibilissimo nonostante la gran mole di lavoro.
