You can't judge the atmosphere; it's just a store. The bread and pizza are excellent. The biscuits are also delicious.

Bakery offering high-quality bread, friselline, and biscuits, all expertly made in the old-fashioned way, and you can taste them! My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the wording "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels, but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of dedication and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth highlighting. Everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists, and for them, it could help them better understand and appreciate the effort that goes into the baked goods.

The best bread I've ever eaten! Homemade and well-baked, we stocked up to bring back from vacation. The bread is still excellent after 5 days! Thank you, Mr. Bisanti, you're a very kind and talented baker.

Great small independent Baker, great product and although no English from the baker, he understood enough of what I liked and sold us some excellent bread. Olive bread was fabulous. Beware the uninitiated that the Olives have not been pitted !

A Passo Duomo

08/10/2025: I had lunch at "A Un Passo Duomo" during my stay in Lecce. In addition to eating spectacular sagne, I met Mirko, who added a special touch not only to the dessert but also to my stay at the restaurant... Another person in my heart and another place in my heart here in wonderful Lecce... highly recommended place... I hope to return as soon as possible!
26/09/2025: A one-of-a-kind restaurant where you can enjoy simple dishes made special by top-quality ingredients. The staff is professional and attentive to our needs. The wine list is well-researched, and the very kind owner recommended an excellent wine to pair perfectly with our meat and fish dishes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and good food.

22/09/2025: Service was quite cold might have been because we didn’t speak much Italian but we were trying servers seemed quite frustrated with us but we tried. We ordered a few dishes the stars were the baked mussels 10/10! And the Irish beef with Bree and potatoes was excellent the cook on the steak was perfect and we enjoyed both dishes thoroughly. We also had the lobster pasta dish which was good but the lobster wasn’t cracked and didn’t provide any utensils to get into the legs and claws so was quite difficult to eat.
06/09/2025: We had a lovely girl’s night dinner here, so here is a breakdown of how it went: We were greeted promptly and seated at a table in their whimsical garden. There is an extensive wine list, we opted for a sparkling rosé which was just perfect for a warm evening. For starters we shared the octopus alla Luciana - it was cooked to perfection : Tender, flavourful, and crispy in the right places. The chef is very creative with her flavours but it’s not overpowering at all. We also shared the cozze gratinate: very interesting twist on the classic, using smoked provolone cheese. Delicious ! I had the calamarata with swordfish and tuna, basil, tomatoes and pangrattato - now I’m not sure what these comments saying the fish isn’t fresh come from - the fish was VERY fresh, and I live here so I know the difference. The pasta was perfectly cooked, 10/10. My girlfriends had the lamb, which was very good and served with cherries, and the Ombrina fish in limoncello butter sauce - divine. I know it sounds weird but the flavours are delicate and very well balanced. We didn’t get dessert because we met up with other friends after, but were offered some shortbread cookies on the house. Thank you to the staff for this unforgettable experience ! I will be back.
