Panificio Bertino In Torino

It was my first time at the restaurant, the location is convenient as it is 10 minutes from Turin Porta Nuova station, therefore useful for stocking up for any trips. From what I understand all the products are lactose free, so you will have to give up the daisy. I had the opportunity to taste different types of pizza by the slice, and in any case the protagonist turns out to be the meltable and certainly light dough. There is the possibility of heating the products purchased to be able to enjoy them at their best. The place is typical of a bakery so the space is quite limited especially at peak times, but on the other hand the staff is very helpful and in all respects kind (just think that I was offered some pieces of very good white focaccia even though I am not a regular customer). The prices perhaps slightly higher than those I'm used to but certainly justified by the quality of the final result. Basically, if you are in the area, I recommend stopping by to taste a wide choice of excellent pizza by the slice, a product which in recent times has been increasingly rare to find (as God commands).

It was the best tomato bread I've ever had. It's unbelievably good. The lady helping me was extremely thoughtful and helped with my poor Italian speaking. Must try!

Exceptional pizzas by the slice, fast service and friendly staff, like 100 years ago

Simply unique place, their bread (Chia trunk is addictive!) and the focaccia top! Few things, all of excellent quality, they are all special!

Unfortunately we arrived late and could only get some focaccia. They were excellent, both the dough, melting and tasty, and the ingredients, spot on and very fresh.

Excellent bread, not to mention the excellent and varied pizzas, trained and extremely helpful staff, excellent if you are on a walk and want a pizza on the go.

Purtroppo ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare solo la pizza con il rosmarino. Era così buona che avrei dovuto comprarne di più. Assolutamente da provare.
