The products sold are good even if the prices are medium high, but in line with the other pastry shops in the city. Since this is a pastry shop with also a bar, it lacks hygienic services for customers. The staff serving at the counter are unfriendly and not at all friendly.

From panettone to carsolina, from pinza to apple strudel, from Sacher to baba' and then the bread, the breadsticks and the pizzas... in short, everything is always fresh and delicious!!! Impossible not to stop even just for a coffee and a kranz.....mythical!!!

If you are in the area you must stop, the desserts, pastries and bread are super. Even for a coffee.. I recommend you stop by and try...

Panificio Pekarna Marc is an absolute gem! This charming pastry shop has quickly become my favorite stop before heading to Trieste. Everything here is made fresh in-house daily, and the quality shines through in every bite. The beautifully arranged pastries and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee create an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff are incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch that makes each visit special. If you’re anywhere near Bazovice, don’t miss this wonderful spot it’s truly a treat for the senses!

Following the owner's response, I checked on the indicated site and it appears that the Ambrosio company's sugared almonds are indicated as "Peeled almonds covered with a layer of sugar and subsequently wrapped in gold or silver colored aluminum foil. I am not aware that aluminum is food safe! You're right, better to find out!... it's better to put golden confetti on the cake and not wrapped in golden paper... to avoid unpleasant accidents with children and the elderly.

Absolutely worth trying if you happen to be in Basovizza. It has a very convenient location, right in front of the stop to return to Trieste. It is therefore ideal after a walk on the Karst while waiting for the bus. We only tried the tart but there are numerous delicious pastries. Friendly staff.

Un bel negozio di pane e pasticceria, con un piccolo ma spesso, come nel nostro caso, indispensabile angolo caffetteria. Abbiamo provato dolce e salato. Tutto adeguato. Tutto goloso. Tutto molto buono, soprattutto il pane che si trova davvero in offerta molto varia.
