Excellent as always... lots of choice of breads of all types, lots of choice in desserts, dry pastries and an excellent apple strudel and then a lot of kindness... which is no small thing!!

14/02/2025: Que de saveurs et d'innovations, parfois surprenantes toutefois. Avons opté pour le menu de dégustation et accord mets-vins. A ce sujet, quelque peu déroutant (champagne anglais, vin chinois, tasse de thé !)
