Fixed point, both as regards bread and as regards sweet/savoury. The only negative aspect that you may find is having to go early, because by going late in the morning the customers will have already emptied everything and you will only leave with a great disappointment. In my opinion the best bakery in the city.

Excellent bread. Various types and sizes. Breads with sourdough are excellent. Good pasta. Wonderful macaroons, like ricotelle. Friendly staff
