I buy bread and focaccia, bring them home, and freeze them in San Candido, where I live. I only use their bread.
The milk rolls, which I fill with jam, are exceptional.
Once frozen, they taste like they were freshly baked. Sliced into 4 slices, then toasted, they're always fabulous with jam.

I've always eaten bland food, so I have a particularly sensitive palate that allows me to taste and smell different flavors.
If I, who have very little time, dedicate time to writing reviews, it means they truly deserve it.
The bread, schiacciata, and pizzas are excellent. I travel a lot and buy Neapolitan pizzas from the oven, keeping them on the dashboard to warm up. Aside from the intoxicating aroma that fills the cabin, the piping hot pizzas reveal their aromas and flavors.
They recently started serving Sicilian arancini. Exceptional. Let's talk about the Sicilian cannoli, made to order.
But the best, the one that catapults them to the Olympus of flavors with an unbeatable level, is the panettone. The aroma, the flavors, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The candied fruit and raisins it contains create a harmony of flavors and aromas unique in this dessert.
I live where the bakeries make excellent panettone, but this is on another level, something else entirely.
I'm passionate about cooking and a true gourmet; I challenge anyone to disagree.
