Panificio Alfieri In San severo

Il panificio Alfieri a San Severo è conosciuto per la sua maestranza: tradizione e know how sono il perno di questa antica attività. Ho provato i prodotti del panificio caldo, appena sfornati e me ne sono innamorato. Quando ho saputo della possibilità di avere questi prodotti anche a distanza, tramite spedizione, ne ho subito approfittato. Siamo rimasti stupiti da come il prodotto si sia mantenuto bene, anche a distanza di due giorni (perché la pizza del giorno dopo è ancora più buona). Prossima volta proveremo quella con cipolla.

The Alfieri bakery in San Severo is known for its workforce: tradition and know-how are the cornerstone of this ancient activity. I tried the hot, freshly baked bakery products and fell in love. When I learned of the possibility of having these products even remotely, via shipping, I immediately took advantage of it. We were amazed by how well the product remained, even after two days (because the pizza the next day is even better). Next time we will try the one with onion.

What can I say...the best taralli in all of Italy!!! Seeing is believing Fennel/onion/white wine,,, fabulous
