Small place but surprisingly rich in all types of bread. It is a bakery but you can also have breakfast. We also bought something for lunch on the beach: everything was delicious. The prices are more than fair.

The best chocolate panettone I have tasted in my life, fragrance, alveoli development, flaking test with praise, strong taste, softness, giving 10 out of 10 also seems reductive to me.

For years I have been going to Trapani several times a year but I didn't know about this bakery. Recently, having a passion for baking with sourdough, I saw a post from a baking teacher with whom I took a course who advertised this bakery. Loving sourdough bread, I wanted to test the goodness of the products and I must say that... they are SPECTACULAR! Light and tasty honeycomb breads with all types of flour and ancient grains! The viennoiserie is also excellent. Compliments !

Once you try the A Maida bread you understand the flavor of the bread. From this year the bakery has a veranda where you can consume pizzas, focaccias, brioches, etc. Congratulations to Mr. Cardillo, owner of the bakery.
