The coffee was so-so, but the Tiramisu… Delicious.

The food was very good, unfortunately I have to confirm that I was forced to tip 10% which increased the already high bill.

When we arrived at this place and ordered drinks, I opened the place card and was confused by the overall rating. I read the reviews and realized what to look for. People in the comments mentioned the following issues: food takes a long time to prepare, orders get mixed up, bills are overcharged, and so on. In our case, we ordered Aperol and Margherita drinks, pasta with mushrooms, and a pizza with mushrooms and ham. The drinks and food were served quickly and tasted great. The bill also came out as expected: the cost of the meal + 10% service. However, when paying at the end, we were told to leave a tip of 10-15-20% at the kiosk, which was supposedly mandatory, even though in all countries except the US, tipping is at the discretion of the guest. The cashier was passive-aggressive and insisted that we didn't understand how the tipping system works in Europe, but we defended our right not to pay a tip, but some inappropriate comment was still thrown in our direction.

Excellent food and top-notch service! The café is in a busy location across from Castel Sant'Angelo. We had a waitress named Rusela – she's simply the most charming and engaging! She provides such excellent service; it's clear she truly loves her job and goes out of her way to please her customers! It was such a pleasure to dine here! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious!

Panico Pizzeria is wonderful! The service was excellent and our server Ruseca was lovely. The food was delicious and served hot within 15 minutes of ordering. Happily go back!
