The ingredients, mostly sourced locally, demonstrate a real commitment to quality and respect for the environment. The cuisine is authentic, creative, and of a remarkable standard. If, like me, you have food intolerances, don't worry: the chef will be very flexible and inventive to ensure your complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant as a delicious and enjoyable stop in a particularly pleasant setting. It's easily accessible, has a spacious parking lot (including for electric vehicles), and even welcomes dogs—mine is small, and he was perfectly accepted 🤭. I loved it and hope to return! This restaurant has a naturally festive atmosphere. It's a perfect place for grand toasts! The wine and sparkling wine selection is truly extensive. The menu is very carefully curated (high-quality ingredients and local produce). I really enjoyed the "tagliolini 40 yolks, game ragù, Bagòss cream and hazelnuts," which I couldn't help but photograph because, besides being delicious, they were also beautiful to look at! And then I ate one of the desserts that will remain forever in my heart and in the memory of my taste buds: a puff pastry girella served with Modica chocolate sauce and pear sorbet. I almost cried as I took the last bite. And no photos because I immediately went into a state of brain fog as soon as the plate was placed at the table. I really appreciated the friendly and professional service. The kitchen is beautiful, with an entire view from two large windows, one overlooking the outside and one inside the restaurant. The place is charming and well-maintained, from the furnishings to the accessories (see the original wooden wine coolers, for example). The open kitchen offers a wide selection of wines and beverages, the menu is limited (but good, for the small portions) and well-executed, and the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

I was passing through and stopped at Panteria Franciacorta. What can I say... Everything was delicious. Excellent food, a harmonious atmosphere, impeccable service... I absolutely loved the fig puff pastry with goat's milk ice cream for dessert. I recommend it without hesitation.
