If you are in Genoa and love good food, it is a mandatory stop. I tried their bressaola valtellina sandwich with caprino condito and cream di radicchio and it was simply spectacular. The bread, slightly crispy on the outside and spongy on the inside, rounded out the experience. Another sandwich that I recommend is carpaccio di spada with pecorino al pistacchi and rucola. It is an explosion of flavors that captures the essence of this wonderful region. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and passionate about what they do.
