With the best Semola (Grano duro) bread with lievito Madre here in Catania. Fine cinnamon aromas can be perceived in the bread due to the quality of the flour. A detour is worth it just for this bread!

27/05/2025: Never eaten horse meat so good, tasty and cooked to perfection for me who am a lover of rare cooking. Spartan and genuine environment, courteous staff, absolutely not touristy. Popular prices, vegetarians abstain 😏
23/05/2025: Ho deciso di assaggiare la carne di cavallo e mi sono fatta consigliare nella scelta dalla persona che mi ha servita. Ho preso fettine di cavallo e insalata della nonna senza ricotta (quindi pomodoro e cipolla). Tutto molto buono. Hanno un bel banco di macelleria. Inoltre il personale è molto cordiale, oltre alla cortesia verso i clienti si percepisce un clima sereno e allegro. Sembra un dettaglio da poco, ma fa piacere vedere gente che lavora serenamente. È un posto che mi salverò tra i preferiti.
