Reference point for the sale of "Pane di Altamura" which is sold still warm at 9.00! Truly exceptional product, but then how can you not try the focaccia cooked on the stone, the traditional Maritozzi and the delicious egg taralli, much appreciated by my mother! If you haven't tried it, do it and you won't regret it!

Historic Carrassi bakery. The products are always fresh and abundant! The staff is exceptional and professional. There are also focaccias with different fillings such as those with cooked sausages and mozzarella, or with vegetables. Pastries and desserts are also recommended

I often stop by here to buy some typical products such as focaccia and panzerotti, but I often also get some sweets. All the food is prepared with love and passion and I must say that you can feel the freshness and goodness of all the home-made products. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area. I'll be back
