Absolutely amazing! We came here two days in a row to get Focaccia – and it was simply perfect! Fresh, fluffy, full of flavor, and truly authentic. I don't understand why Di Gesù isn't mentioned so often when people mention the best bakeries in Bari. I discovered it when I moved to Carrassi: their focaccia is simply perfect, the prices are right for what you're eating (which is to say, delicious), and the counter staff are friendly and sweet. I love their panzerotti, the texture and the flavor. Everything seems made with extreme attention to detail to create that flavor. But the highlight, in my opinion, is the focaccia with vegetables or mushrooms; just thinking about it makes me hungry.
