Disappointing, very expensive! Almost €70 for six slices of pizza and four soft drinks. The waiters were friendly, but the rest was disappointing.

A Rome authority, however, the service didn't seem up to par, even though the staff were kind and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the price doesn't justify the experience. The food is excellent, guaranteed for takeout.

We stopped for a coffee, and we had it with zabaglione. The price was reasonable, and the coffee was very good and unique. Recommended for a coffee near Santa Maria Maggiore!

Amazing food, a lot of Italians comming for a coffee or food as a stamp of quality. We have been inside, in rush hours, with a little bit of madness inside but we kinda like the atmosphere of Italy. And by the way, food is absolutely amazing

The quality is always excellent and the prices are always above average, but that's okay! In addition to what we ate on-site (salmon bagel, pizza with pumpkin, gorgonzola, and walnuts, and excellent sandwiches), we ordered a couple of muffins and a tiramisu to go, but it was packaged without a lid. When we got home, we realized what a disaster it was... a distraction you honestly don't expect from Panella!

You absolutely have to try the coffee or cappuccino with cream and their pizzas and focaccias, all the breakfast puff pastries are excellent, the typical one is the one with sour cherries.

Agriturismo Selva Dei Risi

30/11/2025: Be wary of other reviews. It's a truly welcoming, family-run place. The food is truly excellent, and the staff is completely welcoming. This is my second time back, and it's the second time I've had a truly wonderful time. It's a reservation-only agriturismo with a fixed menu, open only on weekends. Excellent value for money; you couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended, especially for simple celebrations and a welcoming atmosphere.
04/11/2025: Good appetizers, a generous first course, a generous second course, and a slice of cake. Average.

09/01/2026: Good cocktails, ok appetizers, but average for Genoa, in terms of quality, variety, and abundance. Fried anchovies, on the other hand, are few but good. Nice live music. Very central location near the old port. Attentive and friendly staff (extra points for Genoa :D)
08/12/2025: Good service for aperitifs with well-prepared alcoholic and non-alcoholic appetizers, or I've even seen quick lunches with satisfied customers.
