We love Panella. It’s genuine food with no pretensions. We usually do self-service, although that can be a bit of a challenge for non-locals to figure out (there are two separate sets of offerings: primi and secondi to the left, and pizza to the right. Each has its desserts - and you have to pay at separate registers. The work-around is to be served at the outdoors tables - service there is OK - Italian rhythm, so chill, the wait will be worth it.

Nice place but we waited a long time for the spritzes and they forgot to bring us the appetizers, after reminding them they arrived when we had already finished drinking. For the rest good pastries, even savory and relaxed atmosphere

This Cafe has many choices for your breakfast needs. The ingredients are fresh. The bakery goods are baked on the morning they are served. There is plenty of outdoor covered dining space. The service is friendly and inviting but maybe it was too busy when we were there so perhaps a bit slower than usual. The food is no better anywhere else. This is your coffee and and all in one stop for starting your morning. A terrific place of quality food and atmosphere.

09/01/2025: Se volete un locale tipicamente romano, questo è per voi. A due passi da Piazza di Spagna, dispone di varie sale e propone un menù con tutti i più tipici piatti della cucina romana, tutti di ottima qualità. Lasciatevi consigliare dal cameriere per non esagerare nella vs. scelta.... assaggiare un poco di tutto è il top. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, servizio di buon livello. Vino della casa raccomandato.
06/01/2025: Personale cortese, gentile e disponibile, antipasti molto gustosi. Abbiamo inoltre degustato un guanciale di manzo di buon gusto ma ahimè freddo, buoni per finire il dessert. Nel complesso nonostante il ristorante è situato in pieno centro storico la qualità è buona.

16/05/2025: Bra mat men inget som sticker ut. Tog en lunch där vi beställde lasagne. Lasagnen var god och personalen trevlig men inget som sticker ut utöver det vanliga. Platsen var mysig och vi satt ute och åt. Brödet som man får in kostar 3 euro per person. Gott bröd men kanske något som inte ska kosta 21 euro på vårt sällskap på sju personer, brukar ingå. Sänker betyget något…
