A lovely trattoria, like those authentic ones from the 1980s, with excellent food, both seafood and meat. Good prices, and the à la carte lunch buffet for 10 euros is top notch. Friendly and polite staff. Well done. Excellent.

If you're not fussed about top notch environment or classy restaurant... Then 'pane e vino' (for food) is a sound choice. We were pleasantly surprised with 'senza glutine' options available, the waitress spoke good inglese and the chef came out to see how happy we were with everything. Happy.

Wow, wow, wow, a truly excellent, authentic meal in the middle of an Italian residential area in Ostia, without tourists. This is Roman, Italian food at reasonable prices.

Today I ordered takeout and there was a mix-up. I called to let them know and was amazed at how helpful and well-treated they were, even though they hadn't even seen me in person. I recommend this place for the food and the friendly staff.

20/09/2025: Came here for lunch , had the tonnarelli allá gricia and polpette al sugo. Both excellent! Now, off to St. John outside the walls with a happy stomach
13/09/2025: We loved this cute trattoria when we went to Rome. The pasta were the best we had in this city, especially pasta all’amatriciana. Service was excellent, we were served by a woman who made great food recommendations and was very welcoming.

03/10/2025: You need to make a reservation if you don't want to sit outside in the cold. The food was excellent and was definitely a plus. The staff did not speak english so it was hard to communicate, but we got the food we ordered.
29/09/2025: Amazing pizza, friendly staff, good prices. Also the house wine is a good quality wine. Definately recommanded for those who are nearby.
