Pane e Olio In Bracciano

Very disappointing, Location has changed so it’s no longer near the castle. The food was medium! The carbonara was unbeatable, they burnt the bacon so bad that it gave the whole dish a bitter burnt fat taste. The Cacio e Pepe was swimming in Parmesan cream with almost no Pepe and very “commercial”. The lam was fatty and salty with some nice bites The courgette flowers tasted like mozzarella sticks with ( a lot of) anchovies Some good things, The eggplant Parmesan was nice, good sauce and full of eggplant taste! The dough for the fried pizza special was delicious. There’s some nice potential there and the owner and staff were trying very hard to accommodate but the kitchen is just not good enough Sorry guys , Very disappointing We didn’t finish three of the dishes and left with no desert

Staff are good but long time for waiting especially if you order pizza, we waited for approximately more than 40 minutes for the pizza.

Beautiful place, exceptional food, and truly friendly staff. Amazing prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella, delicious roast chicken and potatoes, and exquisite cheesecake. Really competitive prices.

Cibo genuino fatto in casa. Crespelle e ragù bianco top! Buonissimo il liquore al fico, ma quello alla nocciola e albicocca era veramente eccezionale! Ottima la crostata al limone! Servizio veloce e gentile! La location stupenda, immersa nel verde e curata nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo!
