Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating available.
The food revolves around the cunzato bread to be stuffed by choosing the various proposals on the menu or asking for something off the menu.
It would be interesting to find some more options for vegans. One or two types of vegetable slices that can now be purchased in any supermarket would be enough.

We ate the tanned bread on December 31st, the experience was positive in terms of the quality of the food and the service offered. The bread is warm and crunchy, the condiments are of local quality. The restaurant offers the possibility of eating indoors and outdoors, for a quick lunch it is ideal. The price is perhaps a little touristy, but the quality is still there.

Stopped in for a sandwich. The joint was steady but not too busy. The staff did respond and take out order. Food was decent, but I have had better sandwiches.

The sandwiches are good, with a varied and typical menu. The prices are also excellent, despite being close to Noto's cathedral. I recommend it to everyone for an informal lunch/dinner/aperitif, in fact I went back for the second time.

A good place to go for both dinner and lunch, since I discovered it, I can't help but sit down!! and order a good sandwich or platter with exceptional typical Sicilian products.
The service offered by the local employees is excellent.
Friendly, polite, professional and very helpful.
