A small shop where you can try everything—authentic, high-quality, locally sourced products, typical of Lazio, especially Ciociaria. The porchetta is fresh and delicious, often served warm, and the mozzarella and buffalo ricotta are extraordinary. Olives are equally excellent. The wide variety of sweets are also excellent. You can also find honey and wine, among many other products. The atmosphere is clean, and the owner is kind and honest. Highly recommended.
