This place is a paradise corner for vegans. It is not entirely vegan, but they offer exclusively sourdough bread made with self produced ancient grains, and offer a wide variety of vegan cakes, pies, cookies, backery products and all freshly made and delicious (some are traditional like maritozzi) They also have several cold products to be cooked like vagan burgers, seitan and vegan cheese, ice creams and pantry products. In their pantry selection there are also several gluten free products and staples. Highly recommended 😊
