A quaint restaurant with a large outdoor area where you can admire an old rice dryer. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer service. The menu includes meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the location! The risotto with beets, gorgonzola, and pears was DIVINE! If I'm ever in the area again, it'll be a must-visit! Congratulations!

Idyllic place in an old rice mill with views of the "matrioshka" churches and well characterized. We also liked the food and the atmosphere was warm, cozy and relaxed. We would repeat.

Tavolata di una ventina di persone con menu concordato. Piatti molto buoni e ben presentati, accostamenti interessanti e anche diverse possibili alternative. Il posto è ben curato sia all’interno sia all’esterno

Abbiamo pranzato all’esterno, sotto un vecchio portico. Antipasto di pesce, squisito, due primi ( paniscia e ravioli - mezzelune - con burrata, pomodorini e zucchine) , una selezione da urlo di formaggi freschi, due dolci ( torta di mele con gelato ed una tazza di zabaione caldo- strepitoso) bollicine dell’alta Langa, passito Erbaluce, liquirizia e Vermout Cocchi. Tutto giusto, appropriato, adeguato, ottimo. Servizio rapido, gentile, discreto. Non potete non andarci….

06/10/2025: Lunch in an alleyway in Orta, away from tourists. Very good wines; good food. We paid €60 for two very good glasses of wine, an excellent mixed platter, and bruschettas. Quiet and charming.
21/09/2025: We sat outside, and the staff and owners were truly welcoming and knowledgeable about the origins of the products, all local. We were truly satisfied! The prices were very fair.
