Idyllic place in an old rice mill with views of the "matrioshka" churches and well characterized. We also liked the food and the atmosphere was warm, cozy and relaxed. We would repeat.

Tavolata di una ventina di persone con menu concordato. Piatti molto buoni e ben presentati, accostamenti interessanti e anche diverse possibili alternative. Il posto è ben curato sia all’interno sia all’esterno

Abbiamo pranzato all’esterno, sotto un vecchio portico. Antipasto di pesce, squisito, due primi ( paniscia e ravioli - mezzelune - con burrata, pomodorini e zucchine) , una selezione da urlo di formaggi freschi, due dolci ( torta di mele con gelato ed una tazza di zabaione caldo- strepitoso) bollicine dell’alta Langa, passito Erbaluce, liquirizia e Vermout Cocchi. Tutto giusto, appropriato, adeguato, ottimo. Servizio rapido, gentile, discreto. Non potete non andarci….

Trattoria Risorgimento

13/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, good pizza, efficient service, and a clean environment. I recommend it; I've been going there for years.
11/08/2025: After a long time, I returned to Trattoria Risorgimento and was pleasantly surprised that the food hasn't diminished in quantity or quality, and that the prices are still fair! The seafood pasta is superb, as always!
