Great little Italian restaurant! We had a lovely 3 course lunch here today whilst hiding away from the torrential storm outside. The restaurant was super busy but the staff were able to find us a table away from the rain, the restaurant is small but has a great atmosphere inside as the staff were super friendly and the food was great! They have daily specials (today was a local mushroom which they showed and explained to us that they could make it in either a linguine or risotto or however we wanted it). Great selection of local deserts to pick from as well! ☺️

So far the worst Italian dinner we had. The mushroom carpacio was not fresh and you could see the mushrooms had previously worms. Basically not clean. The local olive oil was bitter and not tasty at all. The side dish of grilled vegetables contains couple of slices of paprika & cuccini for 8 € (?!) Go next door. Anywhere. Saturday night and 2 tables full. Everything empty. You have an clear answer.

Stopped by this place with my mom & honestly it was one of the best Italian food we’ve had during our trip! The staff is friendly, food is fresh and I recommend their house wine + their Salumeria snack ..

Good food, but outrageously expensive. A coffee costs €2.50. A half-glass of wine without knowing its provenance costs €7. A paltry plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce costs €13. Four meatballs with tomato sauce costs €13. I think that's really overkill!

Our food was absolutely amazing and the staff were lovely. My partner had the cannoli and I had ravioli and we both absolutely loved our food - some of the best we have had in Italy! Our waitress Rosangela was amazing, so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend if you are in Martina Franca!

19/07/2025: Stasera siamo venuti io e mia moglie senza prenotare, il titolare gentilissimo ci ha detto di aspettare una mezz’ora. Esattamente dopo mezz’ora ci ha portati al tavolo che aveva fatto preparare appositamente per noi… Ottima frittura di pesce e pizze super….. Sicuramente ci ritornerò e invito tutti ad andarci
03/03/2025: La location è stupenda, ma dovrebbero curare di più la gestione del personale ed i cibi. Davvero un peccato che una struttura come quella delle Vele debba avere un punteggio così basso. Se fossi io il gestore, farei salti mortali pur di aggiungere almeno un pallino verde alle valutazioni

20/09/2025: Top value for money. Everyone was very nice, the food was delicious, and the setting was very romantic.
22/08/2025: The location on the outskirts of town is excellent, making it quieter and less noisy. The food and hospitality are excellent. I recommend it.
